Last Saturday L.G.R came out in support of Wayne Maser’s photography exhibition “Disposable”. One of Alta Roma’s most anticipated events that exceeded its already high expectations. The very talented Cecile Leroy-Beaulieu and Susi Billingsley curated the exhibition, which took place in Rome’s Vitellara, a slaughterhouse in the former meatpacking district. All of the captivating images were printed on butcher’s paper and hung high to be observed by onlookers who snacked on “porchetta” sandwhiches that were being served in a trailer outside. The exhibition will be running until February 1st, so if you get the chance to see it, dont miss out!

L.G.R will be participating in Alta Roma’s “Limited/Unlimited” exhibition. For those of you who are not familiar with this show, it takes place during Rome’s fashion week and is curated by Silvia Venturini Fendi. The project gathers young talents on the rise who are chosen for their artisinal expertise, and must present one piece that is not categorized by seasons. We will be exhibiting a special frame, so if you are around come find us next weekend at AltaRoma!

Once again we are excited to announce a new Special Edition made exclusively for the prestigious Corviglia Ski Club in St. Moritz, Switzerland. This year we adapted our specialized and ultra-protective bi-mirrored lenses onto the models Tripoli and Victoria. Perfect for high altitude solar exposure, these lenses allow for a clear luminous vision rendering the snow a little bit warmer with its brown tint.

Frames are only available at the Corviglia Ski Club.

L.G.R would like to introduce its Special Edition Shooting frames for La Polverosa.

Located in an angle of the Maremma region found in the heart of Tuscany, this unique place still remains untouched and thrives from its natural resources. The art of hunting is still practiced here with the spirit of another era.

With the help of experienced hunters, L.G.R has developed a frame made specifically for shooting activity which requires high impact resistance and  protection around the eyes without compromising one’s field of vision. The large frame  is made in a rounded shape to prevent any objects from flying into the eyes. The yellow photochromic and polycarbonate lenses help to sharpen vision and improve depth perception to easily distinguish your target.

L.G.R’s Tommaso Sanfelice got to see the first ever Indian Grand Prix this weekend which took place in the Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Our Tangeri with yellow photochromatic gradient driving lenses were a big hit with the Ferrari team, as you can see in one of the images above. Yesterday the fantastic Vogue.it crew came to the L.G.R factory to do a video interview about Luca and the origins of L.G.R. The first part was filmed within the walls of where all of the magic happens, the Factory. While the other half was filmed in a park nearby.
